The Thinbook is a slim laptop with a slimmer price tag of ₹10,000. It has a 14.1 inch display offering a resolution of 1366 x 768 pixels.
RDP Thin Book is the India’s first ultra slim laptop in this price segment for Indian consumers focusing mainly for on the go users. The Thinbook has a glossy fiber & elegant edges considering ergonomics, and RDP says that its ‘revolutionary’ design will attract more buyers.
The Thinbook features Windows 10 (probably be the Home edition-most budget laptops come with Home) & Features Intel Atom Z8300 Chipset. The Memory is 2GB which is sufficient for a normal user. Graphics are handled by onboard Intel HD Graphics Controller. Its decent for most games & apps & shouldn’t slow down your device.
The inclusion of 0.3MP Front Cam is a welcome initiative. Besides that it has the 3.5mm Headphone jack for audiophiles. In the connectivity options, the device features a Micro HDMI port & Two USB Ports out of which one supports USB 3.0. The only problem with the device is the lack of more USB ports. Atleast 4 USB ports should’ve been there, with two of them supporting USB 3.0. But I guess RDP made it with the aveage user in mind.
The laptop gets power from its 10000 mAh batteries which can be sufficient for light computing tasks.
