Xiaomi Mi Max: The large screen beast from Xiaomi

Xiaomi Mi Max:The beast with huge screen & a 4850 mAh battery

Xiaomi Mi Max is the latest offering from Xiaomi. The device was in waiting list from the day the Mi 5 was launched and, like most Xiaomi phones was surrounded by hype. Now xiaomi mi maxfinally its here. The Xiaomi Mi Max is a huge phone with a massive 6.44 inch display. The Redmi Note & Note Pro seeems inferior to this one. And things are justfied by the inclusion of a 4850 mAh battery which should be sufficient for a large smartphone like this.

It’s powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 650 or 652 processor, as well as 4GB or 3GB of RAM, and 32GB or 128GB of internal storage. The two chipset choices are intriguing .Most flagships, such as the Galaxy S7, are using the Snapdragon 820, leaving the 652 to mid-range devices like the LG G5 SE. The device feature a fingerprint sensor( a norm these days) on the rear part & a 16MP camera.

The front camera is now a 5MP complete with a Wide-angle lens. Can be very useful for taking Selfies.

The Mi Max has a good design & it’s nice to hold. It has a unibody back with two antenna lines running horizontally. The lower portion also has the MI logo on it.

The new phone also has MIUI 8 on it & it seems to have added on few good features to the stock Android 6.0 Marshmallow. I’ll tell more about MIUI 8 later.

So the phone actually comes with 3 variants:

1:The lower variant has Snapdragon 650 Chipset, 3GB RAM, & 32GB Internal SD .The Price: ₹15,180 (approx.)

2:The Mid-range variant has Snapdragon 652 Chipset, 3GB RAM & 64GB Internal SD. The Price:₹17,226 (approx.)
